Mode of delivery
1.nebros only accept orders to be delivered in Italian territory and abroad. The products will be delivered by courier to the address specified by the customer when ordering.

The deliveries in Italy are made with the express messenger SDA. Normally, the merchandise is delivered within 48/72 hours of shipping . The cost of delivery in Italy, for packages up to the weight of 30 kgs is € 9,00 and € 15,00

Nebros remembers that in case of theft or dismay it will try to send a new product and, where the same owed is exhausted or no longer available, it will propose a different product, but with equivalent or superior characteristics, with faculty for the client not to accept such new product and to ask for the reimbursement of the same product. At the delivery of the merchandise, the client is held to check that on consignment the number of the necks corresponds to how much suitable in the document of transport and that the contents of the package result entire, not damaged, neither wet or however altered, also in the closing materials (adhesive ribbon or metallic ribbon). Possible damages or the missed correspondence of the number of the necks or the indications, must immediately be contested to the messenger that effects the delivery. The times of delivery from the date of consignment are purely indicative, in as there can generally be variations for uncontrollable causes or for conditions of traffic and travelling or for action of the Authorities.
