Fusilli tricolore

The characteristic color of Fusilli tricolore is due to 'added in the mixture of spinach and red pepper. The Fusilli are particularly tasty in pasta topped with Neapolitan ragù or with sauces made with ricotta cheese. There are also excellent if served with vegetable sauce prepared with tomato sauce and the addition of peppers, eggplant, olives and capers.
