WINE AREA: Sicily north-western area of San Giuseppe Jato (Palermo)
VARIETY: 100% Nero d'Avola.
HARVEST: Mid-September.
VINEYARD YIELD: 65 quintals of uveper hectare.
FERMENTATION: Traditional red. Maceration on the skins for 8 days.
AGING: For 4 months in French Allier barriques say overe of the second step, for 8 months in bottle
COLOUR: Ruby red.
BOUQUET: Pleasantly fruity and harmonious, hints of berries.
Taste: Fruity, fresh, quite soft, good body.
