Notes: Tane is short for Gaetana in Sicilian dialect.Intense and deep ruby in color, there are wonderful scents of mature blackberry and raspberry, along with notes of spices and cacao. On the palate, the wine is warm, velvet and full-bodied palate, long aromatic persistence. Following the vinification, the wine remained for fourteen months in small French barrique and once bottled underwent an additional 10 months of cellaring. 90% nero d'avola and 10% syrah.
