Tasting notes: The color is ruby red with garnet nail.
The nose is clean and pleasant vinous with hints of ripe red berries. In the mouth it is fresh for the right acidity, balanced, persistent, fairly full and with a pleasant hint of ripe cherry aftertaste.
Notes: Fermentation for 15 days maceration with the skins and fermentation at controlled temperature. Aged for six months in steel and three to six months in bottle.
