History: Harvesting in boxes of only healthy grapes. Destalked, vinification in red with traditional soft pressing of the skins and maceration at a controlled temperature between 25-28°C. It then rests in oak for approximately 8-10 months. Cold bottling and refined in the bottle for 12 months.
Grape Varieties: 100% Nero D'Avola
Technical Characteristics: Ruby red rounded out by garnet reflections. Strong aromas with hints of liquorices, vanilla and spices. Well balanced with flavours of blackberries and cherries. A lingering finish and balanced structure.
Alcohol Content: 13%
Food Partner: Best matched with grilled steak, lamb chops or mature cheeses
