Area of production

The grapes are collected in crates when they have reached full maturity. The grapes are cooled and transferred to the fermenters with the addition of selected yeasts, where alcoholic fermentation takes 10-15 days at a temperature of 22/24 ° C
Characteristics of the wine
Instinctively Syrah has an intense purple color and a pleasant smell of wild blackberries on the palate with a taste of spicy.
Excellent with meat, especially wild boar. Ideal with roast game.
