History: Harvesting in boxes of only healthy grapes. Destalked, cold maceration of the skins with the must (4°C). Soft pressing of the grapes and very slow temperature controlled fermentation. Cold bottling and refined in bottle for 3 months.
Grape Varieties: 100% Inzolia.
Technical Characteristics: Straw yellow with light greenish colour with an aromatic bouquet: combining citrus, pineaple and peach with mineral and herbal notes. The wine is dry, smooth and supple with a satisfying aftertaste of mint.
Alcohol Content: 12.5%.
Food Partner: Best matched with fish, chicken or turkey.
