ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5% Vol.

SULPHITE CONCENTRATION: 90 mg/L

WHITE VINIFICATION: Destemming, cold maceration of the skins with the must (4°C). Soft pressing of the grapes and very slow, thermo-controlled fermentation. Cold bottling.

REFINEMENT IN BOTTLE: 4 months

LONGEVITY OF THE WINE: 5 years

ENO-SENSORY ANALYSIS

COLOR: Bright straw yellow

FRAGRANCE: Notes of white fruit, spices, floral hints of orange blossom and citrus peel

TASTE: On the palate it is dry, with a great acidity typical of grape variety. The finish is savory and long, during which they are perceived all the aromas distinctly

HOW TO TASTE IT

PAIRING: Ideal with grilled blue fish, white meats, vegetables, first courses based on fish and shellfish
