Fermentation: soft pressing at controlled temperature of 16-18°C in stainless steel tank for 12 days

Malolactic Fermentation: not carried out

Alcohol content: 12% vol

Colour: deep straw yellow

Nose: intense and harmonious bouquet with hints of fruit and white flowers

Palate: fresh, lively, harmonious and persistent

Serving temperature: 8-10°C

Pairings: perfect with appetizers and fish-based dishes, shellfish, soups and soft cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif
